How to apply

• Read the basic differentitation of periods
• What kind of fishing do I prefer (flyfishing, spinning)?
• Do I like mountains with more walks or lowlands with going by car?
• Do I want big river (Shishkid, Selenge) or smaller one?
• Read description of all camps and river.
• Do I want luxurious service and camp or more adventurous stay and more humble service?

• I will write a brief request and we will immediately recommend you a term and a place including price of your stay. After your positive decision you will have to fill in the application form and we will send you an invoice with deposit amount, which you pay to our bank account. After paying this deposit, you are officially signed in.

Terms

1. Summer:
1. From May till half of June;
2. Always 14 days (in exceptional cases the stay can be prolonged or shortened)
3. Flyfishing but also spinning is prefered
4. The water can be higher
5. Beautiful flowering nature
2. Autumn:
1. From half of August till the end of October
2. Always 14 days (in exceptional cases the stay can be prolonged or shortened)
3. In later terms it can be cold weather
4. Spinning is prefered
3. Tourism:
1. From the beginning of July till the end of August
2. Mostly high and muddy water
3. Suitable only for holiday fishing

Prices

Price:

• Is based on a service demandingness and camp equipment
• We provide these types of discount:
• For early enrollment (till the end of January 2011)
• Group discount (according to a number of applicants – min. 4 people; all of them have to apply at once)
• Loyalty discount (to our regular clients)
• Each client can only get one type of discount!
• Deposit for each client is 20 000 CZK/1000 USD
• Cancellation conditions are written in the application form

What is included in the price:

• Transportation from ULB to the camp and back by airplane and by car
• Transportation by car along the river at the camp (only if there are roads and if the daily distance don’t get over a limit of 50km)
• At camp Khanagai: transportation of fishermen and luggage to the camp by horses
• Accomodation in all types of camps
• Full board in all types of camps (during transportation to the camps the warm food can be replaced by a snack and bottled water)
• Fishing guide and translator if the group needs it
• Guide at the local (regional) airports
• Transfers and service at the airport in ULB
• Transfer to/from a hotel and in the city of ULB
• Final dinner before departure of an international flight from ULB
• Fishing licence and border permission
• Hiring of clothes and fishing equipment in case of loosing or delay of your baggage (hired clothes and fishing equipment mustn’t be destroyed!)

What is NOT included in the price:

• International flight-ticket and excess baggage in international flight
• Mongolian visa
• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during the whole stay and during transportation
• Accomodation and food in towns Moron, Choibalsan and Baian Olgi (1 day of accomodation and food cost cca 30 – 50 USD – without drinks)
• More food in ULB if needed (apart from dinner before departure)
• Excess baggage (everything over 15kg) in local flights (2 – 3 USD/kg); including hand baggage
• Horse hire at the camp (10 USD/day)
• When a flight is changed or delayed and it’s not Ingol fault, the added service (food, accomodation) can be applied at an insurance company
• When baggage is delayed, we can send it to the camp subsequently (200 – 400 USD according to a distance of the camp from ULB) – also it can be applied at the air-company or insurance company
• Additional programmes that are not included in the price – trips to distant log-cabins at camp Khanagai or raft-boat trips with staff (cook, etc.)
